VMHeaven rents KVM VPS from €4.99 a month and dedicated servers in Frankfurt and Amsterdam, with DDoS protection included and Linux servers online about a minute after payment. You can pay with card, PayPal or crypto, Monero included, and crypto orders get no ID check.

No ID check isn't the same as anonymous. The sign-up form asks for your name, email, postal address and country. Nobody verifies them, but they sit on file with a German business that names its owner and a Hamburg address, works under German law and GDPR, and says it hands data to authorities when legally required. For tax reasons it keeps your country, address and the IP address used for the VAT check for 10 years, and invoices for 8; web server logs go after 14 days.

The DMCA-ignored plans mean US-style takedown notices are ignored, which suits EU hosting; European and German law still apply to the operator. Refunds only come within the legal withdrawal period; after that it's account credit at their discretion.
