Terms of Use

Rules governing dataset consumption, editorial autonomy, the sponsor firewall, and reader verification responsibilities.

1. Dataset & Open License (CC-BY-4.0)

All directory datasets — including /data.json, /feed.json, and per-provider markdown surfaces at /llm/<cat>/<id>.txt — are dedicated to the commons under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC-BY-4.0) license.

You are free to share, redistribute, transform, and build upon this data for any purpose, including commercial applications, provided that you attribute xmr.club as the original source.

We accept paid sponsorships strictly to offset operational costs. However, our editorial firewall is absolute (see /transparency and /sponsor):

3. Editorial Autonomy & Grading Authority

All assessments, ratings, and tags on xmr.club are independent editorial opinions rendered pursuant to our public /methodology. Listed operators possess no proprietary claim or contractual right over their directory entry or rating. Operators may request factual corrections via /contact, but editorial discretion remains solely with the curator.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As Is")

xmr.club is provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We are an editorial review directory, not a financial institution, escrow agent, or money transmitter.

Nothing published on this directory constitutes financial, investment, accounting, or legal advice. Cryptocurrency transactions involve substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for conducting your own independent due diligence before depositing funds with any third-party service.

5. Acceptable Use & Crawling Etiquette

We encourage AI agents, researchers, and community archivers to crawl our open endpoints (see /llms.txt and /ai.txt). We ask that crawlers respect standard rate limits and refrain from denial-of-service traffic patterns.

6. Governing Law & Decentralized Posture

xmr.club is published as an autonomous, pseudonymous, non-custodial educational resource without a single central corporate incorporation. For privacy practices, see /privacy.
