Mutual cross-listing: xmr.club now also sits in their Partners section on trocador.app. First two-way deal we've shipped with a peer-directory of that size. Their Grade A on /exchanges/trocador was there before the sponsorship and stays editorial — sponsorship moves placement, never grade.

• Astro migration spike. Porting v1 worker SSR to Astro (SSR-first, React only as islands). Side-by-side on astro-spike.luc.wtf; prod xmr.club untouched until parity. OpsHub #356. Subpages getting v1-parity content sweeps (donate / contact / heroes done; press / now / history / colophon / submit / peers / picks / transparency / methodology / glossary / status / audit / freshness pending).
• i18n deepening. Full guide set (38 articles), trust pages, main SSR landings, AIEO twins all live in zh-TW. Header now ships EN · 中文 · ES · RU picker + clientside locale prompt. OpsHub #342.
• Incident watch. Actively tracking THORChain, Bisq, Wagyu, Haveno, RetoSwap post-incident statuses. /incidents ledger live.

Deprioritized

• Open-sourcing the renderer. Wait until the Astro spike reaches full parity + a few weeks of prod traffic on the new stack.
• Custom logo wordmark. Plain text version still in use; revisit when the next big launch wants a real OG card.
• PNG OG-card twin. X may strip SVGs; we'll generate PNG twins when there's an actual case of a tweet not embedding.

Stable / on autopilot

• Daily uptime + onion-mirror probe crons.
• D1 → SSR rendering. Tor + I2P + clearnet all serve from the same canonical URLs.
