Listed at Grade B — the no-KYC posture, self-hosted BTCPay payment surface, and named operator history are all confirmed; Grade A would require curator test trades we haven't run.

Background. Founded early 2023 by the Kodomu Hikari group (status page at `status.kodomu.jp`, parent brand referenced in the TOS), explicitly as a reaction to existing privacy hosts.

The about page frames the original aim as bringing the *fully-managed* tier to clients who can't run their own infra. Customer portal at `p.ko-net.ws` (Hostbill-style).
