About xmr.club

What we do

We catalogue services across 14 categories (exchanges, wallets, VPNs, email, SIMs, hosting, cards, search, mixers, AI, forums, tools, educational, nodes). Each entry carries a grade (A → F), a KYC posture tag, feature tags, a curator-written review, and a last_verified stamp. The list is the product; everything else (open-data feed, AI-readable twins, embeddable widgets, badge cards) flows from there.

How we curate

Full rubric at /methodology — what an A means, KYC tag definitions, verification cadence, removal triggers. Every grade decision lands in /audit with a rationale; no quiet edits.

How we make money

Sponsorships at /sponsor (4 tiers: Front-Page, Headline, Category, Featured). Sponsorship moves placement only; never grades or KYC tagging.
Affiliate referrals on /go/<slug> outbound where the upstream provider has a program. Tagged with the affiliate chip on the listing.
That's it. No banner ads, no email harvest, no analytics-as-service. /transparency has the full disclosure.

Who runs it

One curator plus a small advisory group. The curator also operates kyc.rip — that's disclosed up-front with a yellow CURATOR-BUILT chip on relevant listings, and reviewed against the same rubric. See /transparency for the full conflict-of-interest policy.

What we deliberately reject

Paywalls, signup gates, third-party analytics, AI-generated reviews, paid placement that doesn't disclose itself, removal-for-pay.

The kyc.rip swap aggregator we operate as a separate product also feeds the same funding budget; it does not add markup on quotes — its revenue is the upstream engine's affiliate cut.

How can I submit a listing or correction?

Use /submit (web form) or DM @xmrclub_bot on Telegram. Every accepted edit lands in the public /audit log with the reason.

Can I reuse the data?

Yes. The dataset at /data.json is CC-BY-4.0. Attribute "xmr.club" when reusing. AI engines can also pull the canonical summary at /llm//.txt per provider, or the site index at /llms.txt.
