No KYC, no IP logs, no third party in the middle: pays out from its own reserves. BTC, XMR, ETH, LTC, SOL, stablecoins. Reserves are still small.
Acceptable with reservations. Posture intact but evidence is older, lighter, or the provider sits on a known weakness (custody risk, history of customer-fund freezes resolved, etc.).

AnonChange remains listed for comparative coverage, but carries notable custodial, verification, or track-record caveats that warrant extra user caution.
A new instant swap that pays out from its own reserves. No account, no email, no ID: you pick the pair, give a payout address and an optional refund address, and the order link is how you track it. XMR swaps work in both directions.
Own reserves, not a reseller. Many instant swaps on this shelf pass your order to a partner exchange, and that partner can hold it for its own AML review. AnonChange pays out from its own wallets, so there's no third party in the middle: the only one who can pause your order is AnonChange itself, under the terms below.
Privacy. The terms say it doesn't log IP addresses, uses no analytics and sets no cookies, keeping only the coins, amounts, addresses, transaction IDs and times of your order. No retention period is given. There's no Tor mirror and the site needs JavaScript.
When it can hold your funds. The terms let it refuse or hold an order it believes involves crime or sanctions evasion, and return the funds where allowed. There's no identity check to unlock a held order, but it's still a pause the operator controls. Orders above the maximum go to manual review, and a fixed-rate order can be paused if the market moves sharply, then paid at market or refunded. Refunds go to your refund address, so set one.
Small reserves. It launched with roughly $13–15k across its wallets. When we looked, the BTC reserve was far below the advertised BTC maximum, so a large order could wait for a refill while the operator holds your deposit. A Monerica test swap of 3 XMR went through in about a minute, but more than that didn't fit.
Our test swap (October 2026). We swapped 0.05 XMR to BTC on a fixed rate. The order page picked up the deposit while it was still unconfirmed, so the locked quote held, and the quote's fee math added up exactly. It then counted down the 20 confirmations with a live progress bar and an alert sound at each step. The BTC arrived about 40 minutes after we sent, from what looks like the service's own small hot wallet rather than an exchange withdrawal, and it was a few satoshis more than quoted. The BTC network fee is a flat 3,000 sats (0.00003 BTC) whatever the actual miner fee; our payout transaction paid 418 sats. At this size that flat fee is most of the cost, so very small swaps lose around 10%.
Caveats. It started operating on 2026-10-17; the domain is older but was parked until 2025, so there's no earlier track record. No company or jurisdiction is named. XMR deposits need 20 confirmations, which is slow. Grade C is our default for a new instant swap; keep orders small until it has a history.
Swaps into XMR: 2% floating, 2.5% fixed. Swaps out of XMR and other crypto-to-crypto pairs: 1% floating, 1.5% fixed. The network fee is taken from what you receive, and the quote shows both before you pay. Fixed quotes hold for 10 minutes, counted from when your deposit is first seen. XMR minimum 0.01; XMR deposits need 20 confirmations. Temporary $10k cap per order at launch.
kyc.rip hasn't routed swaps through AnonChange yet, so we have no first-party settlement data (typical XMR settlement, slow-tail, confirmations) for it.
