No-JavaScript instant swap with its own payout pool, PGP-signed order receipts and a Tor mirror. BTC, XMR, ETH, stablecoins. No account, no AML screening.
Acceptable with reservations. Posture intact but evidence is older, lighter, or the provider sits on a known weakness (custody risk, history of customer-fund freezes resolved, etc.).

Pablo.Cash remains listed for comparative coverage, but carries notable custodial, verification, or track-record caveats that warrant extra user caution.
A small instant swap that runs with no JavaScript at all. The swap form, order page and support chat all work with scripts blocked, which makes it one of the easier swaps to use from Tor Browser on the safest setting. No account, no email, no ID.
How it works. Your deposit lands in one pool; payouts come from a separate pool that the operator refills from centralized exchanges or NEAR Intents. That means the coins you receive aren't the coins you sent, but the operator holds your funds in between, so this is a custodial swap. You can download an order receipt signed with the service's PGP key, which is useful if you ever need to prove what was agreed.
AML. The rules say plainly that it doesn't screen incoming coins and won't ask for checks later. We found no clause that lets it freeze funds pending verification. Some orders do go to an operator for manual handling, and refunds are only possible before the payout starts and at the operator's discretion.
Rate. Floating only. The amount you get is fixed when your deposit confirms, so a fast-moving market can move your payout. Payouts can't be sent to an exchange deposit address.
Track record. About two months old. Several peer directories and escrow holders publicly say they hold a deposit from the operator as a guarantee, and we confirmed roughly $70k of these from the holders themselves. We found no non-delivery or scam reports.
Caveats. No company or jurisdiction is named. There's no privacy policy or stated retention period beyond a "no logs" claim and a short list of what an order stores. The site says its in-page chat is the only official contact, while the Telegram, email and X accounts linked here are the ones the operator lists on other directories. Grade C is our default for a new instant swap; it moves with tenure and a clean record.
Fee depends on direction: about 0.6% + $1 for XMR→BTC, 0.9% + $1 for BTC→XMR, shown on the form before you pay. Floating rate only: the payout is set when your deposit confirms, not when you create the order. Payout starts after 5 XMR confirmations.
kyc.rip hasn't routed swaps through Pablo.Cash yet, so we have no first-party settlement data (typical XMR settlement, slow-tail, confirmations) for it.
