A no-account XMR casino: send a bet, it plays on the block it confirms in, and the results are provably fair.
B-shape signal but tenure has not yet validated the publishable claims under stress. Used for high-loss-asymmetric categories (exchanges, casinos, custodial mixers) where the operator surface looks B-grade but the service has been operating < 12 months. Drops to C if tenure does not accumulate; promotes to B once it does.

Monero.win is a verified, functional wagering platform that performs solidly for day-to-day use, provided readers account for its specific operational trade-offs.
Monero.win is about as simple as a casino gets. There's no account: you pick a game, get a unique deposit address, and send your bet in XMR along with the address you want winnings paid to. Your bet plays on the Monero block your transaction first confirms in. There are three games: coin flip pays 1.95x, roulette (31 slots) pays 2x on black or blue and 30x on the single green, and dice pays 5.8x. That's a house edge of about 2.5% on the coin and about 3.2% on the others. Bets run from 0.01 to 5 XMR, one bet per transaction. Above the limit you're refunded minus 5%, and anything under 0.01 is kept. Winnings go out automatically, usually within about 10 minutes.
The fairness claim checks out. Every round's result comes from a SHA-256 hash chain fixed in advance, with the starting seed published, so results can't be changed after a bet comes in. We took the revealed seeds of ten recent rounds, hashed them back to the published starting seed, and recomputed the coin, roulette and dice results with their published code; they matched what the site showed. One limit: the operator generated the whole chain, so it knows future results. The published chain stops it from changing them, not from knowing them.
It keeps bet amounts, timestamps and payout addresses, loads nothing from third parties, and keeps your round history only in your browser. When we looked it had been live for about 600 days with some 60,000 bets and a bankroll of about 72 XMR, so big wins can take a while to be paid. The FixedFloat link on the site is an affiliate link, and they say so.
house edge ~2.5% (coin flip) / ~3.2% (roulette, dice); bets 0.01–5 XMR; over-limit refunds minus 5%
