No-account, crypto-only VPN from the Cypher operator, the team behind our Cypher eSIM. You pay in crypto (Monero, BTC, USDT, TON or SOL) and get back a randomly generated key instead of an account: no email, no password you picked, no identity attached. Connections use VLESS/Reality, which looks like ordinary HTTPS to a censor, or AmneziaWG, an obfuscated WireGuard for networks that block plain WireGuard. Exits are in the Netherlands, Finland, Romania, France, Germany and the US.

What it shows you. There's a Tor mirror (`cypherokam63ar6v52rx3d2bnavwjcrkpws6l4ukuwdbkiag6m6igwyd.onion`, linked from the site footer), a dated warrant canary on its servers page (October 2026), and a public uptime feed at `/api/vpn/status` with per-location 30-day uptime. The operator says it has run since May 2026, first through a Telegram bot.

Why B-, not higher. The design is right: nothing collected means nothing to hand over. But the no-logs claim is still unaudited, the canary is a statement rather than a signed one, and the service is young.
