Long-running swap aggregator for 1,600+ coins, XMR and ZEC first. No account or email, but partner exchanges run AML checks and can hold a swap.
Acceptable with reservations. Posture intact but evidence is older, lighter, or the provider sits on a known weakness (custody risk, history of customer-fund freezes resolved, etc.).

GhostSwap remains listed for comparative coverage, but carries notable custodial, verification, or track-record caveats that warrant extra user caution.
A long-running swap aggregator that puts Monero and Zcash first. GhostSwap has been around since late 2021. You pick a pair, give a destination address (the form also asks for your sending address) and see the all-in amount before you send. No account, no email.
Who actually holds your coins. GhostSwap doesn't run the swaps itself: its terms say a third-party exchange receives your coins and sends the payout, under that exchange's own terms and its automated AML and sanctions checks, and that GhostSwap and its partners can block, reject or refund a flagged transaction. It calls itself non-custodial; in practice your coins sit with the partner exchange during the swap, and that partner can ask for ID before releasing them. Coins with a complicated history are the ones most likely to get stuck.
Track record. In May 2026 a user's 12.4 ETH swap was held at a partner exchange; it was refunded after public pressure on BitcoinTalk and Monerica. A second claim, for 20.5 ETH from the same day, is listed as unresolved on kycnot.me, while Monerica's moderators consider it a likely duplicate from the same person. GhostSwap has $34k on deposit with OrangeFren and $5k with kycnone as guarantees, and Monerica's own test swap rated it 4/5.
Caveats. Keep amounts modest and use coins with a clean history, since a partner hold can take weeks to resolve. The terms say GhostSwap responds to lawful requests from authorities. Grade C is where we put swaps whose partners can trigger AML holds.
All-in quote shown before you send (network fee included). Floating rates. Minimum 0.00001 BTC, maximum 2 BTC per swap.
kyc.rip hasn't routed swaps through GhostSwap yet, so we have no first-party settlement data (typical XMR settlement, slow-tail, confirmations) for it.
