Fixed-rate instant exchanger with 31 XMR pairs, including XMR to cash, that promises never to block funds over AML. High fees and a $400 minimum. Same operator as SecretExchange.
Acceptable with reservations. Posture intact but evidence is older, lighter, or the provider sits on a known weakness (custody risk, history of customer-fund freezes resolved, etc.).

Comcash remains listed for comparative coverage, but carries notable custodial, verification, or track-record caveats that warrant extra user caution.
A fixed-rate exchanger with lots of XMR pairs and a strong no-block promise. Comcash swaps XMR with 31 pairs, including XMR to cash in USD and EUR, at a rate locked when you create the order. There's no account, but every order asks for an email. Orders run from about $400 (some pairs $500 or $5,000) up to $500k. There's a Tor mirror at `7xmpri5wvf2c46e7lcjc7jm5wlb5l7dqpwc5wudbvvfesqpflakdcsid.onion` and support on Telegram.
What it promises. The homepage says it does not block funds over AML risk ("blocking of your funds is excluded"), and the FAQ says it never asks for KYC and does no AML checks. Its rules only mention AML checks you request yourself. That's a strong promise for a custodial exchanger, and it's the standard we hold it to.
Why C. It's custodial: your coins sit with the operator until the payout goes out. Fees came in around 5–7% above the market rate when we checked, which is high. It has moved domains twice (comcash.io, then comcash.cc, now comcash.exchange), though the same software has run since at least 2023. It is run by the same operator as SecretExchange (secrex.cc), which the site doesn't mention: both share one backend, one rate feed and nearly identical terms. Monerica lists it as verified; kycnot.me has an unchecked community listing.
Before you use it. Compare the quote against a rate aggregator first, and start with a size you could afford to have held while you sort it out with support.
Fixed rate, roughly 5–7% above market when checked (2026-10-15); min ~$400, max $500k
kyc.rip hasn't routed swaps through Comcash yet, so we have no first-party settlement data (typical XMR settlement, slow-tail, confirmations) for it.
