Acceptable with reservations. Posture intact but evidence is older, lighter, or the provider sits on a known weakness (custody risk, history of customer-fund freezes resolved, etc.).

Review

No-account virtual Mastercards, paid for in Monero. 2Fiat sells virtual prepaid Mastercards (no physical card) without an account: checkout runs as an anonymous session, and you can pay with XMR, Bitcoin, Lightning or other coins. Card prices start around $40–70 and include a starting balance; you can load from $10 to $10,000. Some cards work with Apple Pay and Google Pay (adding one asks for an email). ATM and in-store PIN payments aren't supported.

What to know before you load money. It's custodial: the balance sits with 2Fiat and an issuer it doesn't name, and withdrawals back to crypto aren't supported. A refund is possible through support for a $10 fee. Fees add up: a top-up percentage of around 6.5–6.8% on some cards, plus per-transaction, 3-D Secure and decline fees, and users report fees higher than advertised. The site has no terms or privacy page, so there's no written no-KYC promise and no stated policy on freezes; its only written risk note is that a card "may be frozen or blocked."

Why C. It works and it's genuinely account-free, but 2026 has been rough: user reports on kycnot.me describe a lost card provider, an outage it called a security incident, frozen cards and funds stuck without a way to withdraw. Some users were made whole. Load only what you plan to spend soon.
