Second-pass bulk ack — the earlier unclear-only ack missed cosmetic + null-classification rows that still surfaced in the admin queue (xmrvcc / ollama / continue-dev / privatemode / etc.). This pass acks every unacked non-material row: cosmetic + unclear + null classification. Material 5 (uswap × 3 + neir × 2) preserved for audit.
Bulk-acked all pending unclear-classification policy changes (44 rows across ~15 providers as of 2026-08-11). Curator judgment: unclear queue is signal noise; changes that later re-fire as material get re-chipped anyway.
