Active focus
- Surface depth. Every page got an AI-ready markdown twin this week (per-provider, per-category, per-guide, per-tag, /transparency, /about, /audit, /glossary, /methodology, /stack, /picks). Discovery index at /api/v1/llm-surfaces.
- Ghost integration. kyc.rip/ghost shipped as a separate listing (two-hop XMR-detour). Cross-referenced into the chain-analysis + stablecoin + Lightning guides. Featured on home + spotlight on /exchanges.
- 20 guides total — the latest few (using xmr.club, privacy without paranoia, break a chain-analysis link) round out the meta-reading layer.
Deprioritized
- Full localization (i18n). Hreflang prep is in place; translation pipeline is OpsHub #342 and waits for traffic data before justifying the effort.
- Custom logo wordmark. Kept the plain text version for now; revisit when the next big launch wants a real OG card.
- PNG OG-card twin. X may strip SVGs; we'll generate PNG twins when there's an actual case of a tweet not embedding properly.
Stable / on autopilot
- Daily uptime + onion-mirror probe crons.
- D1 → SSR rendering. Tor + I2P + clearnet all serve from the same canonical URLs.
- Sponsor pipeline + waitlist intake at /sponsor.
