My first order was canceled because the btc transfer confirmation took longer, likely due to the low fee. But it was refunded afterward although i waited several hours and contacted them to process it eventually. Then i tried again and it went smoothly and fast using the fast exchange mode. Fees are cheap too, i guess one of the cheapest exchange fees i tried so far..

I used the service a few times without issue. Last swap has been blocked for 4 days, but the deposit still moved onward instantly onchain. First chat support ticket was replied to quickly and blamed the issue on Thorchain being paused. Thorchain has since resumed swap for about 2 days, but funds are still blocked and support didn't reply or read my last ticked for over 24h. The swap ID page currently show that the order doesn't exist probably because it's deleted automatically after some time.
Unable to check the order details now.

Does what it says. Little slow with Tor connection but expected, clearweb option works great Everything redacts and proven via the client app with tombstones, and unable to edit, or reply to messages after 24hrs ish, which concludes that messages no longer remain on server.

I’ve used this service several times in the past, and it has always worked well. However, be CAUTIOUS NOW when making a new exchange, as I’ve run into an issue. I started an exchange yesterday, and my funds are still locked. I’m still waiting, and it seems they don’t have the funds, even though they accepted the exchange. I’ll update this post as soon as I have more information. -- I suggest avoiding exchanges for now until the issue is resolved. --
After previously trying to swap Bitcoin (BTC) to Monero (XMR) using the Fast & White option, this time I tried swapping Bitcoin (BTC) to Litecoin (LTC) using the Chain option. The transaction using Chain mode took around 30–40 minutes, starting from when the Bitcoin I sent received 1 confirmation on the blockchain until the swapped coins arrived in the destination wallet. Overall, the time was still within the estimated time (ETA) displayed at the beginning when using Chain mode. Regarding transaction fees, the amount was not much different from the fees on several other DEXs I have tried.
First I was a bit sceptic if it really works but everything went theough without a problem. So my experience is overall very positive and now I can only suggest.

Previous swaps were fine, but my latest payouts show a discrepancy. Bitania now advertises a 0.4% floating-rate fee, using the exchange rate when the deposit confirms. However, my latest payouts match a 1.9% deduction (1.5 percentage points more) from THEIR OWN FINAL APPLIED RATES. Support blamed “slippage” without reconciling these figures. PGP-signed evidence is available showing both the initial quotes and the applied rates at confirmation. The issue remains unresolved. I hope they acknowledge and correct the error. Until then, I cannot recommend the service.

Been using this service for a year now. Never had an issue. It's user friendly and UI is clean and navigate able. A little slow at times for some swap services, but have never lost funds. I'd caution getting a prepaid, I lost $100 and couldn't open a dispute because I had a vpn on when I loaded it (was my fault, there was a disclaimer).
