## Active focus

- Surface depth: every page now has an AI-ready markdown twin (per-provider, per-category, per-guide, per-tag, transparency, about, audit, glossary, methodology, stack, picks).
- Ghost integration: kyc.rip/ghost shipped as a separate listing (two-hop XMR-detour). Cross-referenced into chain-analysis, stablecoin, Lightning, USDT off-ramp guides.
- 21 guides total, with the meta-reading layer (using-xmr-club, privacy-without-paranoia, evaluate-a-privacy-service, privacy-threat-models, break-chain-analysis-link) anchoring everything else.

## Deprioritized

- Full localization (i18n): hreflang prep in place, translation pipeline waits for traffic data.
- Custom logo wordmark: kept plain text for now.
- PNG OG-card twin: SVG is fine until X strips one in the wild.

## Stable / on autopilot

- Daily uptime + onion-mirror probe crons.
- D1 → SSR rendering, Tor + I2P + clearnet from the same canonical URLs.
