**Budget VPS you can pay for in Monero, with your identity on file.** DeluxHost sells Linux and Windows VPS, storage VPS and dedicated servers in the Netherlands, starting around €2 a month, with published terms, an SLA and a fair-use policy. Crypto payments, Monero included, go through the Cryptomus gateway.

**What you hand over.** It's run by a named Italian sole trader, which is good for accountability but shapes signup: the privacy policy lists first and last name, address, tax code, VAT/PEC details, email and phone as registration data, as you'd expect from an Italian business that has to issue invoices. There's no ID scan, but your real identity is on file. Paying in XMR keeps the payment private; it doesn't make the account anonymous. Cryptomus is a custodial processor that runs its own checks on payments.

**Why C.** Real, accountable and inexpensive, on a domain live since July 2024 and listed on Monerica. The identity requirement is what keeps it at C on a privacy directory: pick it when you want cheap EU hosting paid in XMR and don't need the account itself to be anonymous.
