## Review

**A young swap with its own liquidity, and KYC rights written into its terms.** PlataSwap swaps between USDT, BTC, ETH, SOL, BNB, LTC, XMR and USDC with no account, and shows its live reserves on the homepage (at review: about 75,000 USDT, 2.2 BTC, 24 ETH and 144 XMR), so it fills from its own balance rather than reselling another exchange. It describes itself as a new team.

**Read the terms before a big swap.** They say the platform "reserves the right to require users to complete identity verification (KYC)" and may request "ID, proof of address, and source of funds" before processing certain transactions, and that it can "suspend a transaction or deny a refund" on suspected fraud. That's the shape where a flagged swap is held until you hand over documents, and unlike most swaps the terms don't promise a refund to your sending address if you decline. It may never trigger on ordinary swaps, but it's written in.
