**A young no-KYC swap whose written rules actually match its pitch.** KYCNOT runs a classic Russian-market exchanger: no account needed, floating or fixed rates, orders from about 0.00028 BTC up to roughly 106 BTC, and a Tor mirror at `nuqgbjiw6ua3axyhda5z22mzgyxubghxh2twftsnslphmwgpxlov4gyd.onion`. Unlike many swaps that advertise "no KYC" while their terms reserve the right to freeze flagged deposits, its binding Site Rules state that the service "does not request personal data from Clients (KYC is not required)", and the homepage adds that it runs no AML scanners and blocks no transactions. The "clean coins from big-exchange liquidity" and "no logs" claims are self-attested.
